Before I create a strategic marketing plan for my clients, I meet with them first to get a clear understanding of their business goals. Then, I do extensive competitor and market research to gather all of the information I need in order to make my marketing recommendations. Lastly, I make sure the 5 P's of marketing are included in the plan: Product, Price, Place, Promotion and People.
